Melinda Taub was a member of the graduating Class of 2001. During her time at Uni, Taub was involved in many of Uni’s theatre extracurriculars, including being a part of The Mousetrap and the Thespians. In addition, Taub was a member of the Russian club too. Taub’s senior prophecy was to star in broadway plays, which isn’t too far off from her actual career path.

After graduating from Uni, Taub became a TV writer and producer. She won an Emmy award for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special (2017), for her work on Full Frontal with Samantha Bee. In addition, Taub is also recognized for her work on UCB Comedy Originals, Bad Internet, and more.
